This cuvée comes from the selection of a plot located at a place called "La Charmone", a 25-year-old vine, on shallow soils, mainly clay-limestone, remarkable for its western exposure.

Classic vinification: mechanical harvesting, thermal controls of fermentations which take place in vats before Christmas.

The wines stay on the fine lees until bottling in April. This wine presents a greedy attack, an aromatic nose with a fruity mouth. This Mâcon Charnay "La Charmone", in its first years, will be appreciated as an aperitif and during its maturation will accompany all kinds of terrines of vegetables, fish or cooked white meats as well as the famous small regional Mâconnais.

Burgundy White AOP Old Vines

Burgundy White AOP Old Vines

"Cuvée de l'Aurore"

Selection of old Chardonnay vines around sixty years old on clay-limestone soils, harvested very early in the morning at "l'Aurore" on which we make a pellicular maceration for several hours: part of the regulated alcoholic fermentation takes place in tank. Then the wine is sung in oak barrels (wood of several wines) where the degradation of sugars ends, followed by malolactic fermentation.

After ten months of ageing, the wine is bottled.

Due to the pellicular maceration and aging in barrels, this cuvée presents a range of varied aromas, and despite its youth, this round wine with pretty well-melted tannins will pleasantly accompany spicy dishes, as well as fish and cooked shellfish, white meats and blue-veined cheeses.

Saint Veran AOP

Saint Veran AOP

Thirty-year-old vines grown in the commune of Davayé at a place called "La Côte Rôtie" halfway up the Roche de Vergisson hillside facing the rising sun on Jurassic limestone soil allowing an excellent expression of Chardonnay .

Mechanical harvesting, traditional vinification in vats with temperature controls during fermentation, aging in vats until bottling in April.

This cuvée will seduce you from its first years with its finesse, its silky side in the mouth and its delicacy will give you pleasure for 5 or 6 years.

Ideal accompaniment to shellfish, fish and meat in a light sauce.

Pouilly Fuissé PDO

Pouilly Fuissé PDO

This small plot of Chardonnay grown in the Commune of Vergisson at a place called La Maréchaude, on rather chalky soil, gives a wine of great complexity combining finesse and character. Harvested manually, the grapes are pressed and put into alcoholic fermentation in vats and after a few days, the wine is barreled into 2 or 3-year-old barrels to slowly complete the degradation of sugars and malic acids. He will stay there for 5 to 10 months.

After 2 or 3 years of keeping, it will accompany your festive meals with dignity!

Macon Serrieres Rosé

Macon Serrieres Rosé

This cuvée comes from a 40-year-old Gamay vine on very sandy soil in the Village of Serrieres.

The Mâcon Rosé is harvested manually and pressed after a few hours of maceration.

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out under temperature control in the vats in order to preserve as much as possible the fruity and fresh side of this cuvée which will brighten up your summer tables...

Burgundy Red PDO

Burgundy Red PDO

This cuvée of Pinot Noir comes from plots of a dozen years on clay-limestone soil.

Classic vinification: manual harvesting, cold maceration for a few days, vatting for a week, thermal controls of the fermentations.

Part of this cuvée is in oak barrels (assemblies of new barrels, barrels of several wines and tank). This light and fine wine presents a fresh attack, a nose very red fruits, very typical Pinot Noir. Over the next few months, this cuvée will be refined and can be enjoyed with grilled meat, pork, or stew and various cheeses.

Burgundy Cremants

Burgundy Cremants

The Original and Cuvée Prestige:

Our Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé comes from Pinot Noir vines. As for Crémant de Bourgogne Prestige Blanc de Blancs, it comes from a young Chardonnay vine with early maturity.

After careful manual picking in crates, the grapes are pressed immediately to obtain a white juice for the "Blanc de Blancs" and after a short maceration to obtain a rosé juice for the "Crémant Rosé" (100% Pinot Noir).

After a first fermentation at low temperatures in vats in order to preserve the aromatic finesse of the grape variety as much as possible, bottling with foaming is carried out in our cellars for a second fermentation. After a minimum of 12 months, the bottles are “stirred” manually and disgorged… Thanks to the finesse of “their bubbles” and the aromatic subtlety, these cuvées will accompany your aperitifs and festive meals with dignity.
